In the rare event that HayaPrep discontinues a course before you have had a reasonable opportunity to access and complete the course content, and no substantially equivalent replacement course is offered, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the percentage of the course content that was not yet available or accessible to you at the time of discontinuation.

Once the review is complete, we will notify you of our decision via email. If your refund is approved, we will proceed with processing the refund. If your refund is denied, we will provide a clear explanation of the reasons for the denial.
Approved refunds will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you purchased a bundle of courses or a package deal (multiple courses sold together at a combined price), the following refund terms apply:
Courses or content that were provided free of charge, as part of a promotional offer, giveaway, scholarship, or at no cost to you are not eligible for monetary refunds, as no payment was made. If you received a discount on a course purchase, any applicable refund will be based on the actual amount you paid (the discounted price), not the original retail price of the course.
Gift purchases are subject to the same refund terms as regular purchases. Refunds for gift purchases will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method, not to the gift recipient.
